1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Foxstream Professional Tax Service website and client portal (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Engagement for tax services
Use of this site does not by itself create a preparer-client relationship. Tax preparation services are provided only after we and the client execute a written engagement letter that defines the scope, fees, and responsibilities for that engagement.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and timely information and supporting documents. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for retaining records as required by applicable tax authorities.
5. Fees & payment
Fees for tax preparation and related services are described on our Pricing page or in your engagement letter. Fees are due as specified in your engagement letter. Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of services.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access another user's account, uploading malicious files, interfering with portal availability, or using the Service to violate any law or regulation.
7. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and software on this site are owned by Foxstream Professional Tax Service or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foxstream Professional Tax Service shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or applicable law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
